Delivery is free for purchases of €50 or more, with a delivery time of 48-72 hours within metropolitan France.
For other countries, delivery times are 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a simple return.
The satisfaction or money-back guarantee only applies if the jewelry is returned in its original condition.

You can wear your jewelry to the beach or in the shower, as long as you rinse it with clear water before drying yourself. ♡
Our bracelets are fully adjustable and fit all wrists. Simply add or remove links to achieve the ideal size.
Here's a guide to help you choose:
- Small wrist (14-15 cm) → 15-16 links
- Medium wrist (16-17 cm) → 17-18 links
- Large wrist (18-19 cm) → 19-20 links
Each added charm increases the bracelet size, so if you buy 17 charms, you directly get a complete bracelet.
No, you can only buy charms if you already have a compatible bracelet. If you want a new bracelet, you can order a blank bracelet, which will serve as a base for creating your own composition.
The adjustment tool is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Adjusting links can be tricky without this tool, especially for beginners. It helps to save time and avoid damaging your bracelet during assembly.
