GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") govern the contractual relationship between the company Italian Charms France, a SAS registered with the RCS under number 944493675, represented by its president Auréliane LEHALLE, whose registered office is located at 6 rue d’Armaillé, 75017 Paris, and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to make a purchase via the website www.italiancharms.fr (hereinafter "the Site").
Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

The products offered are customisable jewellery, specifically bracelets and charms.
Each product page provides a description as accurate as possible. Slight variations may exist depending on customisations and screen rendering.

In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the client will be informed and may opt for an exchange or a refund.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS & PAYMENT

3.1 – Placing an order
Orders are placed exclusively via the website www.italiancharms.fr.

3.2 – Accepted payment methods

  • Credit/Debit card (secure payment)

  • PayPal

3.3 – Validation
An order is considered confirmed once full payment has been received.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICE & DELIVERY

4.1 – Price
Prices are displayed in euros including VAT.
Applicable delivery costs are indicated before the order is validated.
Free delivery on orders over 30 €.

4.2 – Delivery times
Preparation within 1 to 3 business days, followed by shipping.
Estimated delivery within 4 to 8 business days (excluding exceptional periods).

4.3 – Delivery zones
Deliveries are primarily made to mainland France.
For any order destined for another country (European Union or international), delivery is only possible subject to prior validation by the Seller.
The Client is invited to contact customer service before placing an order to verify delivery feasibility and any specific applicable conditions.

4.4 – Delivery anomalies
In case of delay, loss, or damage, the client must report the issue within 7 days to info@italiancharms.fr.
Italian Charms France cannot be held responsible for errors attributable to the carrier.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

5.1 – Legal withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the client has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the product.
The returned product must be:

  • New, unworn, in perfect condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories received

5.2 – Return address
Returns must be sent to the following address:
Italian Charms France – 6 rue d’Armaillé, 75017 Paris, France
Only after validation by our customer service (via info@italiancharms.fr).

5.3 – Products ineligible for return
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalised or engraved products cannot be returned or refunded.
Gift cards, incomplete, or damaged products are also excluded.

5.4 – Return period and costs
Once the return is validated, the client has 7 days to ship the package.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except in the case of an error on our part.
A flat fee of 5.99 € may be deducted from the final refund.

5.5 – Refund
The refund will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and validation of the return, via the original payment method.
Initial delivery costs are non-refundable.
Sale items or products purchased with a promo code are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

ARTICLE 6 – WARRANTY & DEFECTS

6.1 – Legal warranty
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects.

6.2 – Commercial warranty
Our jewellery is guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
Excluded are:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Oxidation due to salt water, perfume, cream, or chlorine

  • Reactions related to skin acidity

  • Misuse or impact

Proof of purchase (invoice + photo/video) will be required. Only one claim is possible per product.

ARTICLE 7 – MATERIALS & CARE

The jewellery is made of stainless steel. To preserve its shine:

  • Avoid prolonged contact with salt water, perfume, and creams

  • Remove jewellery for showering, swimming, or sports activities

  • Store in a dry and clean place

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

Italian Charms France declines all responsibility in the event of:

  • Damage related to transport

  • Improper use of products

  • Personal allergic or skin reactions

ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA

Collected data is used for order processing and customer service.
In accordance with the GDPR, every client can exercise their rights by sending an email to info@italiancharms.fr.

ARTICLE 10 – DISPUTES & APPLICABLE LAW

These GTCS are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
Failing that, only the competent court of the company's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
