GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTCS”) govern the contractual relationship between the company Italian Charms France, a SAS registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 944493675, represented by its President Auréliane LEHALLE, whose registered office is located at 6 rue d’Armaillé, 75017 Paris, and any natural or legal person (hereinafter “the Customer”) wishing to make a purchase via the website www.italiancharms.fr (hereinafter “the Site”).
Placing any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTCS.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

The products offered are customisable jewellery, in particular bracelets and charms.
Each product page provides a description that is as accurate as possible. Slight variations may exist depending on customisations and on-screen display.

If a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed and may choose between an exchange or a refund.

Italian Charms France is a French brand. Our jewellery is made outside France, in audited partner workshops, then checked before shipping.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS & PAYMENT

3.1 – Placing an order
Orders are placed exclusively via the website www.italiancharms.fr.

3.2 – Accepted payment methods

  • Bank card (secure payment)

  • PayPal

3.3 – Validation
Any order is deemed confirmed once full payment has been received.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES & DELIVERY

4.1 – Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, including VAT.
Applicable shipping costs are shown before the order is validated.
Free delivery to a pickup point on purchases of €50 or more (mainland France).

4.2 – Delivery times
Processing within 1 to 3 business days, followed by shipping.
Estimated delivery within 4 to 8 business days (excluding exceptional periods).

4.3 – Delivery areas
Deliveries are made mainly within metropolitan France.
For any order to be delivered to another country (European Union or international), delivery is only possible subject to prior approval by the Seller.
The Customer is invited to contact customer service before placing any order in order to check whether delivery is feasible and any specific conditions that may apply.

4.4 – Delivery issues
In the event of delay, loss or damage, the customer must report the problem within 7 days to contact@italiancharms.fr.
Italian Charms France cannot be held liable for errors attributable to the carrier.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

5.1 – Withdrawal (30 days)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the customer has a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Italian Charms France extends it to 30 days from receipt of the product.
The returned product must be:

  • New, unworn and in perfect condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories received

Christmas orders: orders placed between 1 November and 24 December can be exchanged until 31 January.

5.2 – Return address
Returns must be sent to the following address:

Only after approval by our customer service (via contact@italiancharms.fr).

5.3 – Products not eligible for return
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), personalised or engraved products cannot be returned or refunded.
Gift cards and incomplete or damaged products are also excluded.

5.4 – Return deadline and costs
Once the return has been approved, the customer has 7 days to ship the parcel.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is ours.
A flat fee of €5.99 may be deducted from the final refund.

5.5 – Refund
The refund will be made within 10 business days of receipt and approval of the return, via the original payment method.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Products bought on sale or with a promo code can be neither refunded nor exchanged.

ARTICLE 6 – WARRANTY & DEFECTS

6.1 – Statutory warranty
The products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects.

6.2 – Commercial warranty
Our jewellery is guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
The following are excluded:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Oxidation caused by salt water, perfume, cream or chlorine

  • Reactions linked to skin acidity

  • Misuse or impact

Proof (invoice + photo/video) will be requested. Only one warranty claim is possible per product.

ARTICLE 7 – MATERIALS & CARE

The jewellery is made of stainless steel. To preserve its shine:

  • Avoid prolonged contact with salt water, perfume and creams

  • Remove the jewellery when showering, bathing or doing sports

  • Store it in a dry, clean place

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

Italian Charms France accepts no liability in the event of:

  • Damage related to transport

  • Improper use of the products

  • Personal allergic or skin reactions

ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA

The data collected is used to process orders and for customer service.
In accordance with the GDPR, every customer may exercise their rights by sending an email to contact@italiancharms.fr

ARTICLE 10 – DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

These GTCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
Failing that, only the competent court for the company’s registered office may hear the matter.
