We prepare your items within 1 to 3 business days, then they are shipped. For delivery in France, allow an additional 4 to 8 business days. You can track your order's progress in the "Track my order" tab by entering your order number and the email address used for purchase.

Our shipments are designed to be delivered directly to your mailbox. If your mailbox is too small or delivery is not possible, your package will be held at the nearest post office. You can then pick it up using the delivery notice.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at the following address: support@italiancharms.fr so that we can make the correction. However, if you have already received the shipping confirmation email, the modification unfortunately can no longer be made.

Our bracelets and charms are made of stainless steel, a water-resistant material. To maintain their shine, however, we recommend avoiding contact with saltwater, chemicals, creams, or perfumes. If you wear them at the beach or in the shower, remember to rinse them with fresh water and then dry them thoroughly after each exposure.

Our bracelets are fully adjustable and fit all wrist sizes. Simply add or remove links to achieve the perfect length.

Here is a practical guide:

• 
  Small wrist (14–15 cm) → 15 to 16 links
  
• 
  Standard wrist (16–17 cm) → 17 to 18 links
  
• 
  Large wrist (18–19 cm) → 19 to 20 links
  

Each charm added corresponds to an extra link. Therefore, if you purchase 17 charms, you automatically receive a complete bracelet.

If you already have a compatible bracelet, you can order charms only. However, if you don't have a bracelet yet, you'll need to add one to your order unless you're purchasing at least 17 charms . In this case, you'll be given a blank bracelet to create your own!

The adjustment tool is not mandatory, but highly recommended . Adjusting links can be tricky without this tool, especially for beginners. It saves time and prevents damage to your bracelet when assembling it.

Yes, our online store is fully protected.

We use an HTTPS server with an SSL certificate, identifiable by the small padlock to the left of the site address.

While some sites only secure payments, we protect all of your data: personal information, logins, and various transfers. Nothing can be intercepted or compromised by malicious software.

We offer a money-back guarantee. If your jewelry does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. As soon as we receive the item and confirm it is in perfect condition (unworn), we will process a full refund.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and proof of postage must be provided via email. Sale items or gifts cannot be returned or exchanged. In the case of an offer including multiple products (e.g., a bracelet offered with the purchase of 10 charms), the entire lot must be returned for a full refund.

Simply contact us at support@italiancharms.fr to receive return instructions. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition.

Place your jewelry in protective packaging, affix the return label, then send it. As soon as we have received and inspected the item, we will process the refund.
